As long as some shows exist before noon on those days, yes -- they are not required to have every show available for matinees -- and not required to have them available every weekend.

But as long as the advertisement is true at least some times (a significant percentage over the lifetime of the ad) it's legal.
Thats the website of AMC offering that discount...its the website, not your local AMC theater, offering discounts on shows starting before noon.

That website caters to the entire country, in any location that an AMC movie is at.

Just because they arent showing movies before noon in your area, doesnt mean that they arent showing before noon in another.
